I offer appointments between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Appointments can be 45 to 60 minutes in length. Fees for services range from $105 to $158.

From I-405 North-bound or South-bound
Take exit 13B (NE 8th exit in Bellevue), and exit going westbound on NE 8th (toward downtown). Immediately turn right on 112th Avenue NE. Continue north on 112th for about 0.7 miles. The Park Heights Building will be on the right-hand side, across from the Hidden Valley Sports Park.

From SR-520 East-bound
Take the Bellevue Way exit, and go south on Bellevue Way. After 0.6 miles, turn left on NE 24th Street. Then, after 0.5 miles, turn right on 112th Avenue NE. The Park Heights Building will be on the left-hand side after 0.3 miles, at 1800 - 112th Avenue NE.

From SR-520 West-bound
Take the 108th Avenue NE exit. Turn left on 108th Avenue NE. Continue south on 108th Avenue NE and it becomes 112th Avenue NE. The Park Heights Building will be on the left-hand side after 1.0 miles, at 1800 -112th Avenue NE.
